This trial gives you an opportunity to assess suitability, test for limitations, and evaluate performance before committing to a purchase.

Refund Terms

If after purchasing a license you are not satisfied, you may contact our support team within 60 days of the purchase date. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns, and if unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund.

To process your refund, please provide:

• Your full name

• Email address used for the purchase

• Order confirmation number

• PayPal email (if applicable)

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Once refunded, the license will be deactivated.

Additional Notes

• Limit of one refund request per licensee every 5 years.

• Partial refunds are not available for regional pricing differences.

• Digital goods already downloaded may not be refundable under consumer rights if you have already begun using the product.
